The Rochester School Department welcomes residents to experience the new Salmon Falls School, which officially opened its doors to students on September 2. Spanning 68,000 square feet, this impressive facility serves up to 420 children from kindergarten through fifth grade, featuring cutting-edge technology and dynamic learning spaces tailored for music, art, and special education.

Funding for the $33.6 million project was secured through combined efforts of the Rochester City Council and the New Hampshire Department of Education, both underscoring the school’s importance in shaping local education.

Mayor Paul Callaghan praised the dedication behind this project, highlighting its value for current and future generations.

Mark your calendars for an Open House on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at 753 Salmon Falls Road.
